Production of organic pineapple under ancestral agricultural systems.

The initiative proposes to produce organic pineapples under the agroforestry system, taking into account the ancestral agricultural practices of the members of the association, which is made up of indigenous Bribri and Cabécar people.

These practices allow them to produce for self-consumption, sale and exchange, while at the same time preserving their culture and natural resources.
